BillPay lets you pay rent, utilities, phone, insurance, and other recurring bills directly from the MegPrime App using MPP. You earn rewards on every payment. *BillPay has a default monthly spending limit of $5,000. To request a higher limit, submit a request in the MegPrime App or speak with a MegPrime Concierge.
MPP is a SEC-cleared digital token you can use to pay bills, earn rewards, and redeem toward major purchases like a home. It's not a meme coin — it's built for real spending power.
MegaLow Rate™ offers mortgage rate buy-downs of up to 2% below market rates when you purchase a home through one of our partner builders. It's designed to make homeownership more affordable.
Download the MegPrime App, complete the guided setup, fund your wallet with MPP, and start paying bills through BillPay. You can also schedule a call with a MegPrime Concierge for a walkthrough.
MegPrime is available in most U.S. states. Some programs like HomeForward™ have specific state availability — check the Programs page or speak with a Concierge to confirm availability in your area.
RentForward is MegPrime's rent reward program. When you pay your rent through BillPay with MegPrime Token, you earn rewards back — 2% at any property, and up to 25% at qualified partner properties.
HomeForward is one of the ways you can use your rewards and points — put up to $25K towards a home purchase at a qualified Home Builder Partner, or up to $12K at any standard property nationwide. You can also spend rewards on travel, shopping, and more.
Enroll in BillPay through the MegPrime app and agree to the program terms during setup. Once enrolled, pay your rent with MegPrime Token to start earning rewards.
There are two paths: complete 12 months in RentForward, or earn 50,000 MPP Points through everyday spending. Your MegPrime Concierge can help you determine which path is right for you.

MegPrime Rewards are a percentage of qualifying payments returned to you — similar to cash back. They're earned automatically when you participate in MegPrime programs and make payments with MegPrime Token through BillPay.
MegPrime Rewards are earned by making qualifying payments through MegPrime. You earn rewards back on rent and mortgage payments made through BillPay with MegPrime Token, and on all purchases made with the MegPrime Card. At qualified partner properties, your reward rate can be significantly higher.

Loyalty Points are a spending-based currency earned across all MegPrime products and programs. For every $1 of MegPrime Token you spend, you earn 1 Loyalty Point. They accumulate automatically across all your MegPrime activity.
You earn 1 Loyalty Point for every dollar of MegPrime Token you spend — across all products and programs including BillPay, MegPrime Card, and any other MegPrime Token transactions. You can also earn bonus Loyalty Points through sign-up promotions and up to 10x points at participating merchants.
Talk to your MegPrime Concierge to redeem Loyalty Points toward HomeForward — up to $25K at Qualified Properties or up to $12K at any standard property in available states. You'll need to enroll in the HomeForward program through your Concierge to begin the redemption process.
Travel and e-commerce redemption through MegPrime is coming soon. Currently, Loyalty Points can be redeemed toward housing programs through your MegPrime Concierge.
Yes. Loyalty Points expire on a rolling 18-month basis from the date earned. As long as you continue earning or redeeming Loyalty Points, your active balance stays current.
Loyalty Point transfer functionality is not currently available. Loyalty Points are tied to your individual MegPrime account and can only be redeemed by the account holder.
