HomeForward is one of the ways you can use your rewards and points — put up to $25K towards a home purchase at a qualified Home Builder Partner, or up to $12K at any standard property nationwide. You can also spend rewards on travel, shopping, and more.

How do I qualify for RentForward?

Enroll in BillPay through the MegPrime app and agree to the program terms during setup. Once enrolled, pay your rent with MegPrime Token to start earning rewards.

How do I qualify for HomeForward?

There are two paths: complete 12 months in RentForward, or earn 50,000 MPP Points through everyday spending. Your MegPrime Concierge can help you determine which path is right for you.

What is the different between rewards and points?

Rewards are a percentage back on qualifying payments made through BillPay (like 2% on rent). Points are earned 1:1 on all MegPrime Token spending across products and programs. Both can be spent on anything — housing, travel, shopping, or cashed out.

Can I use HomeForward on any home?

Yes. Standard properties anywhere earn up to $12K toward your purchase. Homes from our Home Builder Partners earn up to $25K. Visit megatelhomes.com to view partner properties.

What mortgage rates are available through MegPrime?

Through our builder and lender partnerships, you may access rates up to 2% below market — as low as 2.99% on a 30-year fixed. Rates vary by location and eligibility.

How are rewards distributed?

Rewards are distributed over a 90-day period following each qualifying payment. Distribution schedules may differ and are updated each quarter. Check the app for your current reward status.

Is HomeForward available in my state?

HomeForward is currently available in most U.S. states. New York and California are not yet available but are coming soon. Check the Programs page for a full state availability dropdown.

How do I get started?
